The flashing prevents rainwater from infiltrating between the external wall of the flue and the inside of the flap cone. It is equipped with steel screws to be able to tighten it to the smoke channel.
Once tightened above the flap, seal the contact area between the external wall of the flue and the collar of the flashing with suitable products. The installation must be carried out by qualified personnel.
